Membership format
Regional membership
For aficionados across Russia who wish to remain part of one club circle, participate online and join journeys and in-person events whenever possible.
Who it is for
For those who do not want geography to set the limit
Regional membership is designed for members outside Moscow and the Moscow Region. Distance does not prevent them from being part of the community and maintaining a continuous connection with the club.
Online meetings, the full video archive and the internal community help members remain part of the club context, build interregional and international connections, and find opportunities for shared initiatives.

In-person participation and initiatives
Regional members may join club journeys and in-person events in line with the programme, and receive support for competition participation or the development of their own cigar-related projects.

Terms
Financial terms as part of a clear understanding
The terms come into effect only after a personal introduction, the candidate period and a mutual decision on membership.
The joining fee includes access to video lectures from the FUMELIER Cigar School.
Membership fees are paid two months in advance.
The terms are based on the Club Code dated May 21, 2026. Separate terms apply to FUMELIER graduates and to invited or recommended candidates.
The path into the club
First an introduction, then a decision
A prospective member and the club have time to get to know one another without haste or promises made in advance.
Initial message
Tell us a little about yourself, your city and your interest in the club.
Personal conversation
A conversation with a club representative and an opportunity to ask your questions.
Candidate period
Up to three months of participation in available meetings and community life.
Mutual decision
At the end of the introduction, both sides decide on continued participation.
